Welcome and Approval of Minutes
Scoutmaster Report – Keith
Keith submitted calendar from planning meeting. Jen will ask Keith to submit a new calendar with MBs that the older scouts can do while the younger scouts do the ones already completed by them before committee will approve calendar for the year
Treasurer’s Report – Kathy
Kathy submitted report and it was approved. Copy of report will be at COH
Advancements Report – Joyce
Joyce not able to attend, table for next meeting
Popcorn Update
Orders are due Oct 15th delivery of popcorn orders the 1st week of Nov and all money is due by Nov 19th COH
COH Planning – November 19
Jen will email Joyce, Tom, And Dave about turkeys. Joyce will do the program again. Committee will provide mash potatoes, gravy, paper products and stuffing. Parents will do sides and desserts. An email will go out for the last names to bring which items.

Kathy will contact Sandy who does the flags about flag subscription renewals by putting a flier on their doors to help with the renewals.
Next Meeting – November 12, 6:30PM
Focus for next month meeting will be budget for next year and treasure report and troop procedure manual.
