Troop 287,
I receive a few questions to I just want to be clear. The scouts will cook 5 meals ( Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, plus one additional meal) and one dessert on this lock in. Two of these meals will be cooked outside on our camp stoves. Once of these meals must me cooked in a Dutch oven OR a foil pack OR kabobs. The rest will be cooked inside the church.
Also, while I would like the worksheet as complete as possible, the most important thing is that the scouts bring the food items needed to support their merit badge for the above cooking requirements.
Right now, I am tracking 3 adult leaders (Me, Tom and Ryan) staying the night and 6 scouts. It would be nice to have more
Finally, scouts can bring their video game console or board games to play at night
