April 27th work day at Wilson Ranch Church
April 28th event is canceled
May Backpacking trip it yet to be determine by Troop possible 2nd weekend in may
May 21 COH
May 25 Flag ceremony at PPIR-Keith will present to scouts
June 22 Flag ceremony for PPIR-Keith will present to scouts
Soap box derby in June To be announce- Tom Sharp will chair this year will also open it up to Webleos

Tracking with budget
Still have outstanding dues for a few scouts
Advancements Report – Joyce
Eagle projects are moving forward
Going through policy and procedures of documenting MB, awards and advancement along with keeping track of attendance. Responsibilities of scouts, SM, ASM, and committee chairs will be discuss at later date.
Meeting with all to go over policy and procedure date to be determine

Family sides and dessert
Burgers, dogs, buns, paper products, condiments, drinks troop will provide
Joyce will ask Keith about scouts doing flier and possible theme
