Yesterday Troop 287 completed a 10 mile hike along the Santa Fe Trail on the USAF Academy. Highlights include seeing a snake devour a mouse (only to find this sign later saying the mouse was endangered) and completing the field portions of the wilderness survival and cooking merit badges. Great job scouts!
